The vibe, the location, the cleanliness, the view, and the staff.
Parking cost 43.00, no swimming pool, TV didn't work initially, breakfast cost 20.00.

I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel with my husband and our three children (ages 4–13), and overall we had a great experience. The view was absolutely excellent and really made our stay feel special. We also enjoyed the amenities they were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort and fun, even with kids.
The only downside was the parking situation. Getting to and from the parking garage wasn’t necessarily difficult, but it was a bit inconvenient. It would be much more seamless if there were direct access from the hotel to the parking garages. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and I’m already planning to return very soon this time for a kid-free getaway!

Great vibe for going to the concert. Voice activated was cool.
No mini fridge. No microwave. Turned A/C on full blast but room was warm still. Light under one bed didn’t work. The hours to get the top deck. Price was too high for the experience not to be on point.
