Es war außergewöhnlich. Nicht wie fast jedes Haus. Herr Schiela hat dieses Haus selbst entworfen, mit extrem hohen Decken und großen Räumen. Richtig schön!!!

Die Lage zum Archäologischen Park ist toll. Nur 50 m zum Eingang. Ruhige Lage in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung. Zimmer mit wenig Ablageflächen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Parken vor dem Haus. Fussläufig schnell in der Altstadt von Xanten.
Der Empfang des Hausherrn war für unsren Geschmak ein wenig derb. Vielleicht sollte es auch lustig sein. Die Handtücher waren extrem rauh und hart. Die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm.
