Comtesse Lisbonne Apartments

It felt like a newly renovated apartment. The appliances and kitchen utensils were brand new, which I loved, they provided everything needed to sleep and eat comfortably. I was initially concerned about air-drying our laundry, but they had a portable drying rack and pegs ready to use. The small terrace was a lovely spot to step out onto in the morning. The main bed was very comfortable, and my family had no complaints about the sofa bed; it was slightly slanted, but it didn't bother them at all. The location is amazing, close to everything.

Accessing the apartment requires climbing about 40 narrow steps. Since we are fairly fit, this wasn't an issue for us, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility concerns or young children. Inside, there were a few minor details to note: one pillow had a small stain, the shower door didn't seal properly (causing a little bit of water to leak onto the bathroom floor), and there was a temporary sulfur/egg smell from the pipes when we first ran the shower. I wish they had lock codes instead of an actual key for the convenience of apt. The key was a bit tricky to lock and unlock.

We were on the top floor, stairs were very narrow and steep, can be a struggle with lots of luggage

This is our second time at this property. We love the location and the apartment.

Location was central. Bars, restaurants, mini mart around the corner.

A/C had a fast drip. We had a bucket under the unit. Shower drain was slow, water backed up into the floor after every shower.
