Great location and a lovely apartment. The staff on hand were helpful when we had a question about leaving luggage there on our check out day. We were in Lisbon when it was around 38 to 40 degrees so going back to a perfectly air conditioned apartment was amazing.
It was fine for us but some people might find the stairs up to the second floor quite steep but most places are steep in Lisbon.

Accessibility was poor but we were aware that there were a lot of stairs.

Location was central. Bars, restaurants, mini mart around the corner.
A/C had a fast drip. We had a bucket under the unit. Shower drain was slow, water backed up into the floor after every shower.
