Lekker ruim appartement met hoogwaardige inrichting. Op niets is bespaard. Ook de keukeninrichting is helemaal in orde, werkelijk alles is aanwezig.
Ook de verwarmde kast in de kelder voor de ski’s is goed bevallen.
Uitzicht op de piste was leuk.
Wij hebben liever een matras en een deken. De kussens waren te dun.

The unit is clean, cute and nicely sized. Location is very convenient and all the basic facilities/amenities are provided.
However, literally nothing basic is prepared — no garbage bags, no hand soap, no shower gel, no toilet paper, no fire extinguisher, nothing at all. It feels like the management doesn’t really care about the guest experience and only focuses on pushing for payment and deposit.
Communication is slow. It took multiple reminders and chasing just to get the deposit refunded. Even when something happens, they only asked about it superficially without any real follow-up or solution.
Because of the complete lack of basic supplies and poor management , the overall experience was disappointing and the score is pulled down significantly.
