The location was superb. A stones throw from the train station and very close to the town centre. Comfy bed and pillows and a great size for 2 people. The Juliette balcony was a great feature. The parking pass provided is a welcome addition to the stay.

This is a difficult one as value for money you couldn’t t fault the property. It could do with a freshen up and a good industrial type deep clean. It is generally clean but not deep cleaned. A lot of the windows don’t open and in any sun the rooms get extremely hot so opening windows would be beneficial I think. A fan is provided though so it’s been considered at least.

Access might be challenging for people with limited mobility

Excellent location. Parking permit provided by host. Eateries and supermarkets all close by. Only an hour or two to the coast and moors.

Bright lights on radiators

Excellent central location in delightful Malton. Nicely furnished and very spacious. Car parking free (permit) and adjacent to the apartment. Very comfortable bed.

Lots of chipped paint; cracked/broken floor covering in the kitchen; bathroom/shower needs attention (black mould); oven interior needs a thorough clean and racks need a thorough scouring; door on the freezer box in the fridge is broken… the apartment smelt foisty when I went in. Opening one tiny window and the French balcony doors helped a little. None of this is beyond redemption - it just needs doing!
