location is excellent, near the markets and 7 minutes walk to the sea. the majority of food and grocery shops are closed in Kobuleti now as this is probably not a tourist season yet. the apartment was big, at around 100 square meters, and clean.
the shower had got partially broken in the first day and the owners did not fully fix it. there is also no shower cabin as such so the floor is wet after taking the shower.
