Największym atutem jest prywatna sauna, choć malutka, nie można się położyć. Mieszkanie jest czyste, ładnie urządzone i kojący widok z okna, na drzewa.,
Katastrofalne łóżko, słabej jakości stelaż, nieprzymocowane listwy, cała konstrukcja skrzypi przy każdej zmianie pozycji. Materac zbyt miękki, kiepska jakość, poduszki tragedia, wielkie, niszczące kark. Sypialnia jest bez okna i mała. Akustyka bloku kiepska, do mieszkania obok nr. 49 przyszli w nocy lokatorzy i było słychać ich głośne rozmowy. Brak drewnianych wieszaków, te które są to jakieś zdeformowane plastiki, które powyginały zawieszone marynarki.
