It was a big apartment with a balcony, lovely view of the mountains - especially when it snowed. It was less than 2km to walk to the main street of the city. There was a large bed in the bedroom with a TV and door to the balcony. The kitchen had a dishwasher and washing machine which made our stay very comfortable. There is a large sofa that unfolds into a bed in the living room (unfortunately not very comfortable). It was also close to an entrance of the Tatra National Park.
The price was quite high, payment was due on booking and there was no option to cancel. However, I believe the price is relative for Zakopane.
The parking situation was not ideal. There is a very narrow drive down to the basement parking and the space designated for each car is quite tight. I would recommend either driving a small car (we drove an Opel Frontera and it was a tight squeeze) or being a skilled driver. Luckily my father is exactly that, but something to be aware of.
The last problem we had was unfortunate. The owners of the apartment only spoke Polish (even after I had clarified that I only spoke English). I feel terrible to complain about this, as we were in Poland. The lady who did our check in and check out did speak some English and she was very friendly and polite. The instructions left for guests in the apartment were also all in Polish.
Despite this, I would 100% recommend the apartment and I would stay there if we were only two people.

Apartament ładny i czysty. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.
Zapasy podstawowych środków, które powinny być na wyposażeniu apartamentu (worki na śmieci czy papier toaletowy) wystarczyłyby maksymalnie na dwie doby, na pewno nie cały tydzień wynajmowania.

Die Unterkunft ,die Ausstattung genau so wie die Lage und die Besitzerin mit Frau Aneta (die kümmert sich um alles ) sind einfach SUPER !!!

Szuper hely, hangulatos, tiszta, otthonos, nagyon jól felszerelt. A sétáló utca nagyon közel van és bolt is van a közelben. Anetta nagyon kedves!
Papucsot érdemes vinni mert kő van mindenhol ami kissé hideg. Nekünk egy kicsit hűvös volt a lakásban és a mikrót hiányoltuk.
