About this villa rental
55+Only-Welcome to our Villa! We are not a "group" or a corporation...we are a family run business (vacation rentals since 2008) that would love to share our great rental with you. This is an impeccably decorated 2bd, 2ba home that not only has it all, but is in an ideal location; a five minute walk to Lake View Rec Center (see photos) with paddle boats, water falls, gooney golf, armadas for grilling and parties, bowling, and George's Cafe. A five minute drive will get you to medical centers, salons/boutiques, grocery shopping, and the US-60 for further exploration of our beautiful state. The Villa comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay-fully stocked kitchen and coffee station, master bedroom with a king mattress from Brooklyn Bedding (all linens provided), TWO walk-in closets, a 50" TV, and a separate tub/ shower set up in the master bath. The guest bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and built in closet and drawers. There are sliders to the back patio off of both bedrooms. The living room has recliners and a 65"TV-both TV's have over-the-air channels plus Netflix or Roku subscriptions. Off of the kitchen is the game room with cozy, comfortable seating, Foosball table , poker/game table, Dominoes, and we provide Pickle ball rackets for those of you that want a more physical challenge!
To be able to take advantage of the rec centers, you will have to pay a monthly fee not included in the reservation amount-

***Please note- we offer weekly rentals April-September and December
***Summer reservation May through September-We pay Electric up to $150. per month. If the electric bill goes above that, you pay the difference.

Well maintained, well furnished home with many amenities - wifi, streaming, front and back patio for entertaining or passing a quiet evening, larger than we expected with two seating areas, walk in pantry, two car garage, and close to many amenities. While the street is a main artery for community it is not that busy, but the driveway is a blind exit and on street parking is limiting. The owners are very friendly, helpful and respond timely to any inquiries.
