This elegant stone house with private pool is located in the small village of Neven, near the town of ibenik. The holiday home is ideal for a family who want to spend their holiday away from everyday life. On warm summer days, the pool provides the right refreshment and the garden invites you to relax and sunbathe.
The ground floor house with its harmonious eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. For active holidaymakers and nature lovers, we recommend a walk through the surrounding villages to the Krka National Park, the archaeological sites and the second oldest waterworks called Jaruga. The coastal towns of Skradin and Ibenik are also worth a visit.

We spend 1 wonderful week in Puljane! The house is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The garden and pool are wonderful. The owners live close by, are very friendly and make the stay very nice with their support. We can only recommend to book this house for your vacations, as the Krka National Park is very close and offers a lot of fantastic nature!

Wir hatten zwei rundum erholsame Urlaubswochen in diesem toll eingerichteten Haus mit Pool, Garten und wunderschönen Ausblick auf das „eigene“ Oliven- und Mandelbaumfeld!
Es ist alles wie beschrieben und eigentlich noch viel schöner: das Haus, der Garten mit Pool, die tollen Möbel innen wie außen, die generell sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Empfang von Vladimir und seiner Familie war sehr herzlich und so familiär, wie wir es vergleichbar wirklich noch nie erlebt haben!! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Wir wurden die Woche über mit guten Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Empfehlungen zur Gastronomie in der Region versorgt. In jeweils ca. 15 km erreicht man die nächstgrößeren Orte Knin und Drniš zum Einkaufen, auch Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen,
Die Lage mitten im Krka Nationalpark war einmalig, die Ruhe und Natur ein tägliches Geschenk dieser Unterkunft. Und nachts: nur die Sterne! Die „Villa Bajadera“ sorgte immer dafür, dass das Entspannen vor Ort oder das tägliche „Heimkommen“ in genauso schöner Erinnerung bleibt!
