Everything about our stay was fantastic. Maria the host was very communicative and resolved all questions quickly.
The villa itself was amazing. Cant fault a single thing and was well located to explore central to West coast of Crete.
Galatas village is small but has enough for day to day needs with 2 supermarkets and a great little local beach but 5 minutes drive away.
Id definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything about our stay was perfect!
Maria was an AMAZING host, the house was stocked with food & drink AND she baked us a cake/cooked us yummy food!
I would 100% stay here again.

The house is amazing! Super clean and a big property all to yourself. You can’t beat the price either. The host were prompt, communicated perfectly, and were super generous leaving us 2 bottles of wine and a cake! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Maria and Yiannis are excellent hosts. Even the communication before arrival was fast and friendly. During the stay they were always available by text and phone for questions or advice. Thank you for the delicious cake, homemade honey and pasticchio, everything was wonderful! We were five adults and three children (6-9-10) and the villa was perfect for us. You really find everything you need in the house (even fast wifi). As we were there in the hottest days of 2021, we also used the very good air conditioning, which was almost inaudible (but effective) at night on the lowest setting. In the nearby village you will find a small local bakery (8 min. walk) with fresh bread every morning, a mini market (7 min. walk) and a delicious taverna for dinner (5 min. walk). A rental car is recommended. It is a 5-minute drive to the sea. Big thanks again to Maria and Yiannis!
