2000 square meters, 2-level house, fully furnished with a contemporary / rustic touch, with 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 1 pool.
Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car rental, banks, adventure tours, etc, only 5 minutes away.
THE HOUSE
A property of 2000 mts. With ocean view from the balcony, and just 300 meters from the beach. In addition, there is a estuary that passes next to the house connecting directly with the sea, a unique feature of this house.
This location will give you a unique experience with the nature and biodiversity of Costa Rica where you can see various types of birds, flamingos, iguanas, squirrels, fish, monkeys, crabs, etc.
The property has a house of 2 levels and two individual cabins, for a total of 3 rooms (all with air conditioning, 3 with TV), 4 full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area, a large living room, terrace, balcony, a BBQ area, and our gigantic patio with pool, little soccer implements, and a little volleyball space. All areas are fully furnished with a contemporary / rustic design.
The property does not have close neighbors so it is very private!

BEACHES
We are only 300 meters from Potrero beach, and very close to the best beaches of Guanacaste such as: Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Conchal, Playa Penca, Playa Danta and Playa Flamingo (1 km away). These beaches are known to be familiar, very safe and depending on the beach you can practice different activities such as: swimming, surfing, diving, bodyboarding, fishing, among others.
In the area, you can also enjoy quiet walks on the beach, horseback riding, sunbathing on the white sand, or watch the spectacular and romantic sunsets, without a doubt, the best in the country at Playa Flamingo.
AREA
Playa Potrero is located in one of the safest and most luxurious areas of Costa Rica. It is a quiet destination with a true village atmosphere, with all the necessary amenities, but without being overpopulated with tourist trade or crowds on the beaches. This is a perfect place to rest.
At the end of the beach you can find a small fishing community that offers freshly caught fish every day and a fair of local artisans.
The area has excellent restaurants, bars with live music, supermarkets, car rentals, adventure tours, banks and souvenir shops.
Potrero is located one hour from the Liberia International Airport (LIR), northwest of Guanacaste. There are direct flights from the United States and Canada.

Spent three weeks here with 12 adults. Lovely days by the pool. Not directly on the beach but 5 minute walk away. Absolutely loved watching all the iguanas, lizards and birds along the estuary. Open concept kitchen and living room, with cool air conditioned bed rooms at night. Beds comfortable. Able to walk to many restaurants, a fruit stand and grocery store but rented a golf cart to get around town and venture further to the many beaches in the area. The owners were so helpful with any questions I had about the area. Many sodas to choose from and all so good! People in this town are so friendly and welcoming. The gentleman that maintains the property was so very helpful and kept the place very tidy. Over all loved our time here and will return in the future!

If you are looking to experience real Costa Rica living, Luis’s place is the place. Comfortable outdoor common areas kitchen and living space. 3 huge cabin style rooms all with 2 beds. And very private. Huge yard, pool and very close to the beach and restaurants. Also lots of local animals. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again in the future.
