About this house rental
Casa Lokamar, Raymond's home, provides you with magnificent 360 degree views of ocean and meadows. Located on top of the mountain where you can overlook all of Playa Grande town and beach, and the Tamarindo estuary.
Walking into our brand new home, you will find a very spacious kitchen with everything you need to make a home cooked meal in paradise, including an island breakfast bar & dining room table.
You can relax in our open living room, featuring a 10 person seater sofa that folds into a double size futon, 60 inch smart flat screen TV, and the most incredible feature is the patio doors that open up the entire length of the living room to the exterior patio area and ocean views. Patio door also includes a folding screen door to keep the pesky bugs out in the evenings.
Your bedrooms all have large closet space, unique decorations and it's very own full bathroom.
Our property is sitting above the rest of the world, and you will find a large and open living room that opens up to the beautiful patio and infinity pool cool off and enjoy the daily gorgeous sunsets in the west. Everyday is a unique sunset and you will be sure not to be miss it!
You can be overly comfortable anywhere in our home, whether it is inside, outside or sleeping soundly in your bed, you may not want to go anywhere else on your vacation.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at your property. The home was clean upon arrival and the communication with the property manager was very prompt. If you’re looking for a nice, new property a few minutes drive from the beach this is a great option

We stayed with two families. The check in was easy and safe. The kids loved the pool and the bunk house was perfect for the teens to have their own space. The kitchen is great for cooking large meals.

Paysage grandiose, vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan dont on ne se passe jamais.Casa LOKAMAR est une maison haut de gamme, soignée, contemporaine et s'intègre idéalement a ce cadre idyllique !Son extérieur est confortable avec une piscine de rêve, la plage est a 4 mn en voiture, des commerces sont a proximitéMerci aux propriétaires de ce lieu de confier a des locataires une villa aussi soignée et luxueuse.Séjours réussies (calme, luxe et volupté)(PURA VIDA) dont nous garderons très longtemps un excellent souvenir...!
