There was a lovely garden with a possibility to grill and spend time ouitside. With more guests staying there it would have to be shared, of course, but we were lucky to enjoy privacy. There were two toilets in the apartment.
As we arrived there was no one to meet us and show our flat. The communication was through text messages in Polish only (good we have AI:). We were five people, and had an apartment with two bedrooms (one double one single bed in each) with a terrace (which unfortunately faces the street not the garden). There were only four blankets for the five of us. No salt/pepper/sugar/tea etc. that can often be found in such acommodations.

lovely rooms,very high end and contempory,location was amazing,by the lake.Excellent private parking.
not much really,such a great property,but if we're being picky I suppose the noise from upstairs was a bit annoying..especially people walking about,you could hear them banging quite loudly,this only happened on one night though......

Joannas place was with great outdoor facilities, located nicely in private area, grocery store and lakeside near by. Almost full kitchen. Host was nice and friendly.
It was possible to pay in euros, that helped us a lot.
The room we stayed in was on ground floor, rather moist, we had two small towels for four of us, we weren’t prepared for that. Also, there were no pictures of different rooms in the house in Booking.com, that could help in the future.
The beds were uncomfortable and linen had seen many days already. You could hear neighbors very well.
