Nice location just outside of town. Is in a separated area of the host's property. Quite peaceful with a nice outlook over farmlands. The unit has everything you need except a clothes dryer (which wasn't an issue for my stay). There is also a friendly cat who dropped by one night (Frankie!) for some attention! You will need a car to get to the property if you don't have one for whatever reason.
While the view is nice there is some construction being done on the land in front which although was not loud or annoying does interrupt the outlook a tad. Breakfast provided is basic but didn't bother me on my stay. The bathroom and bedroom is a bit tight with luggage but this also didn't bother me but might be troublesome for a couple. Also, the property owner did take his tractor out one day to mow the larger property grass which kicked up a bit of dust but again, didn't bother me.

Private and quiet with nice outlook over the bay and farmland
The unit shook when you walked and the outside chairs were not at all comfortable. . Bathroom tiny. Cooking utensils ( fry pan) poor quality for the supplied eggs.
