Take a seat on your private patio to feel the breezes sweep off the water or catch a glimpse of passing dolphins, and enjoy access to community amenities that include a swimming pool, a dock on the river, and tennis courts.

Downtown Folly Beach - where you'll find access points to the beautiful ocean beach, the famous Folly Beach Pier, and an assortment of dining, shopping, and entertainment - is three-quarters of a mile south. And downtown Charleston, known for its storied Civil War history and renowned restaurants, is only 11 miles north.

The door code did not work, we called and were provided a 10 digit number that worked. No other issues. Condo was very nice. Perfect for our stay. Would rent again on our next visit.

The screened in back porch, incredible water/marina view, and complex overall make this stay so very special. The unit itself is well decorated, spacious, clean, private/quiet, and easy to access. While the tinted hurricane doors & windows are beautiful, there are no blinds or curtains to fully block morning light. Bring a face mask if a dark room for sleep is your preference.

We walked in and the place was beautiful. Clean, decorated nicely and spacious. The screened in porch was so relaxing watching the boats go by.
We would rent again. Short walk to the restaurants and small shops. Great stay. The people at Vacasa local office were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.
