Kraljevacki apartman

Location is perfect, friendliness of the owners, very spacious apartment, quiet.

Freezer wasn't working, that's my only complaint since my visit was in the peak of the summer. Parking is public and free of charge although takes some patience to find it really close. Not really a problem.

Čist , svetao ,prostran apartman. Kuhinja kompletno opremljena sa svim potrebnim spravama za pripremu hrane , i posudjem što domaćin ne zabranjuje. Više nego odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta, posebno u poredjenju sa ranijim smeštajima u Kraljevu. Slobodan orman sa mnoštvom čistih peškira, posteljinama, Domaćin prijatan i obrazovan. Tople preporuke !

Stanari iznad su umeli da budu bučni, ali van propisanog vremena za odmor .

Lokacija, dnevni boravak, osvetljenje i lift.

Kupatilo: daska na wc školjki puknuta, umivaonik puknut, tuš kabina nema pola vrata. Spavaća soba: krevet za dve osobe naslonjen na zid, tako da jedan partner ne može udobno da izađe. Parking - katastrofalan u celom kvartu.

It is located in nearly a straight line from the main bus station, only a 90-second walk from the heart of Kraljevo. It has the vibe of a home and not a hotel or corporate rental space, and in that sense, was a match for my preferences.

There is a real sense of neglect to keep the place clean and my guess from my own experience of staying there was that the management is not looking seriously at improving this. Please consider the fact that there are cobwebs in the kitchen and that I found a piece of fasces on the floor beside the toilet. It’s not like the whole place is stained and sticky, the sheets were perfectly clean, but there is a clear inattention to basic upkeep between guests - and things like the freezer being inactive and filled with kitchenware and spice packages will safely deliver most who stay there an occasional surprise. As others have stated, the place is not actually jn the location shared via the listing. This hardly created a bother in itself, as it was under 200 meters away, but in spite of having shared my arrival time a week before and a day before, I still waited outdoors at the not-real-address (a café) for half an hour outdoors in December before the management came to guide me to the actual building.
