The building is almost brand new I think that even not all the apartments are occupied. Furnished wery well and on first glance looks wery well... The location is OK. The owner -polite and helpful. The price is very good... We were for just a night in Cicak so - all was OK.

The sofa was really dirty. The towels were clean, but looked so worn... In general - a lot of money were invested in this small apartment, but the small things are important too.

Takes a little bit more time to contact the owner because of my mobilephone problems, but I am helped by several people, especially a young lady who is with 2 quite young chilren, trying to contact the owner in such a hot weather, owner's father came to hand me the keys and showed me the room. It is a nicely designed, modern, clean, comfortable studio, well equipted almost with all the necessay kitchen, bath room as well as the laundry supplies.

The apartment is impeccable, and spacious. Very nicely furnished. Nicely decorated with a personal touch. The view from the balcony is great, you can watch the sunset The bed is very comfortable.

The kitchen could use some more tools. A strainer would be great addition. The whole place was spotless except for the toilets unfortunately. Also if you are planning for a longer stay keep in mind that it doesn't have washing machine. Another great addition would be a small clothes rag for the balcony.

New, clean and great location.

Brand new building, large room, well furnished with air con and heating. WiFi was fast. Great view from the top floor and only 5 minute walk from center band right next to the river. Nenad was a great host who always responded straight away and was happy to help us.

This is a lovely apartment! Clean, comfortable, warm (especially important in autumn)! All furniture is new. The bathroom is huge. The hosts are helpful, always ready to help.
