Апартаментът е в непосредствена близос до жп гарата, но беше тих, чист и уютен, на около 10-15 мин пеш от търговската улица и пристанището, климатизиран е.

Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna tuż przy dworcu kolejowym oraz przystankach autobusowych, z których można szybko dojechać do Śródmieścia oraz w innych kierunkach, w tym na plaże Kantrida, Sablicevo oraz do Opatija/Lovran. W pobliżu sklep spożywczy, bary, kawiarnia. Pokój niewielki, ale wygodny, z klimatyzacją i ładną łazienką. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Hałas uliczny, obok przechodzi ruchliwa ulica. Poza tym niewielkie niedogodności, które można by było poprawić małym kosztem, np brak wieszaków w łazience, kosza na śmieci. Był też problem z otworzeniem skrzyneczki z kodem dostępu do lokalu, ale właściciel szybko pojawił się i rozwiązał problem.

La propreté des chambres, l’espace sous plafond, l’emplacement de l’hôtel pratique et proche du quartier animé, pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer et visiter la ville
Le quartier est assez peu agréable, voire très moche, et surtout très bruyant. L’insonorisation de l’hôtel est également insuffisante : on entend facilement les bruits venant de l’extérieur et des autres chambres, ce qui peut être gênant, notamment la nuit. Le lit d’appoint est inconfortable!
