Posizione centralissima, a due passi dal centro storico. L’appartamento è al IV piano con ascensore. Comodo parcheggio privato al coperto. Cucina atttrezzata e ampio balcone con stenditoio.
Mancano le zanzariere. La camera da letto non è molto spaziosa. Il materasso non è comodissimo e sarebbe opportuno coprirlo con un più igienico coprimaterasso.

Posizione eccezionale adiacente il centro storico.. appartamento super confortevole, il posto auto interno sicuramente un grande plus.
Volendo essere proprio pignoli Migliorerei soltanto gli accessori della cucina… a noi ad esempio è mancata una pentola un po’ più grande x cuocere degli spaghetti ed un forchettone x girarli…; uno scolaposate; una moka più grande.. per il resto non c’è da migliorare niente… magari ci avrebbe fatto piacere un tv anche in camera da letto… lo spazio sulla parete ci sarebbe…
