5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The wrap around deck and the two additional windows make the condo bright and gives it wonderful views in all directions.
Unfortunately, the condo continues to be furnished with old, stained appliances and furniture. The couch, chairs and rug have soaked up a musty smell.
