The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house has recently been updated and is beautiful. It has plenty of room for a large family and is a close walk to the beach. Would stay there again.

Pros:The inside of the home was very spacious and was as advertised. Has a very cozy feeling. The private pool was clean and a very nice amenity. Short walk to the beach, we used the beach access trail and 46th ave to get to the beach. Cons: The outside yard, fence and pool furniture need some up keep. The advertised playground in the description should be torn down as it is not safe.

This cottage has all you need for a relaxing stay. This was my family and I 4th year staying in this cottage and we were very comfortable. Great location with short walk to the beach. The pool was our granddaughter’s favorite activity! We hope to come back again next year.

We thought the house was lovely, the location to the beach was great but the mosquitoes were so bad that we couldn’t use the pool or pool area at all. At first we were displeased with how dingy, messy and unkept the pool area was but then it made sense (no one can use it).
