The rural location is very nice, and the hotel grounds are beautiful.
We didn't experience much of the hospitality referred to in other review. The air-conditioning was a bit temperamental. Normally that would not worry me. But, because it was so hot, it was a bit of a problem.

Upon arrival Chilly personally welcomed us. We were cared for and looked after. He arranged our boat trips and travels from Hanoi all the way to his homestay. He is very organised and helpful and goes the extra mile for his guests. His staff is welcoming and friendly. This was our third leg of our tip to Vietnam and by far our best stay. I would highly recommend this little paradise. Remote, peaceful and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you Chilly for a great stay, we appreciate you!!
What is not to like? The culture is wonderful and so friendly and we love the Vietnamese people! Everybody is so accomodating and we would have loved to stay longer.

Area is beautiful 😍 Love nature ❤️ The owner a bit to strict when it's about time, beter be on time :) but he did great and helpful in organisation trip, transfer. Nice garden, comfortable bed
When we book a room, there was few rooms and you dont know exactly which you will get till arrive. For me window/ light very important. But we get room with small window and dark walls, not cozy. So we ask for another one, but for extra money. The personal with out maners, we was not finished with pack our staff, when they come to room at 10:45 and start cleaning, with out talking. We suppose to leave room at 11. Landry it's another story, they wash our clothes black and white together, so white clothes can go to garbage now. Conversation with owner was by WhatsApp, but all messages delete in 24 hours, so helpful information provided by him, was gone when it's was necessary. Also not so friendly, his answer was always finished like: I see...... As for me strange for communication. Its nice place to stay for short time but not longer. In room also specific smell
