About this villa rental
Air-conditioned villa of 150 m2 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with private salt pool, lovely sea and Peñon de Ifach view, less than 2km from the beach and supermarkets.
The villa consists of a main house with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 with a large double bed of 160X200 and its en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and the other bedroom with 2 single beds adjoining the family bathroom with bathtub.
The house is very well exposed South East and very well equipped: gas central heating, Pellets fireplace, 4 air conditioning. Very bright living-dining room directly overlooking the terraces and the swimming pool. very well equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc). Wifi, 50 "TV with French and international channels.
Besides, you have the 3rd guest bedroom with 2 single beds and its adjoining bathroom.
The prices indicated in the advertisement are for the 2-bedroom villa except the period from July 11 to August 29 or the prices include the 3rd bedroom.
Excluding summer price of the 3rd bedroom: 90 € / week decreasing if more than 2 weeks.
Next to the pool, a lovely summer kitchen with its summer dining room, this outdoor kitchen is VERY WELL EQUIPPED: Dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster coffee maker, grill plancha etc. You also have by the pool a small pergola Chill out with outdoor sofa ideal to take a drink or lazing around. You will spend most of your vacation outdoors, so the terraces, the chill out, the salt pool, the kitchen and outdoor dining. are perfect for your stay.
The property of 600m2 is completely fenced, you will take advantage of the recesses of the garden to rest during the Siesta.
Large closed parking for 3 cars and a shaded carport for 1 car. Entrance by sliding electric gate.
The villa Oceane Jimdo is located in a nice, very quiet residential area less than 5 minutes by car from beaches and supermarkets. We are fortunate to have a restaurant less than 100 meters from the villa and 3 other restaurants within 5 min walk.
I personally welcome our guests on arrival for the delivery of the keys and the welcome pack with all the info on the region you will need.
On arrival you will pay a deposit of € 600 which will be refunded to you by bank the day after your departure.

For payment of consumption, reading of meters on arrival and departure
Cleaning: 95 € / stay for 2 bedrooms and 115 € for 3 bedrooms
