Does the job. Bare minimum comfort but the view and price makes it all worth it.

The view was amazing! Liked the space and especially the balcony, roof terrace and property.

Didn’t have any soap or dish sponges at all and bare minimum toilet paper, so it was a little bit dissppointing having to buy. Also not the best bed but it does the work.

Ghost of a resort

Dirty, run down, basically a job site with holes in the ground and work man plodding along. Advertised as though the resort it was 2 years ago was still a thing, but sadly, it is not. It is also in easy walking distance of basically nothing, and it was necessary to get a car to interact with any services at all. And warning the wifi is only available in the reception building.

Very Good ..except for lack of communication

Lovely view from the balcony/patio. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped including a large fridge,/freezer. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and wardrobe and drawer space in the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable too.

Would have been nice to have something to wash up with... there was no teatowel or dishcloth/brush and the washing up liquid dispenser was empty. The kitchen cabinet doors all need rehanging! My main complaint was the lack of communication from the property. I sent several messages regarding where i could pick up the key or a code etc and did not receive any reply. I eventually telephoned on the morning of departure and got an agency person who said I should get the info from the host! but said that there was a reception on site. At this stage I was concerned and asked my relative who lives in Calpe to go to the property for me.. and he sorted it out.

The location was shocking - it was about 15 minutes from the centre of town by car. Taxi had to be ordered each time in and out. There was no shop near the property, no restaurant near the property or no cafe. There was nothing at the property at all. There is nothing close by or nothing within walking distance. There was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. No one came near us for the whole duration of our stay to clean the room, offer fresh towels, toilet paper or anything. We had to request toilet paper. To get in and out of town a taxi had to be ordered which you had to wait for, there was no shuttle bus or any other option available.

Quiet peaceful place , gorgeous views!

Bungalows Imperial Park are a lttle out side of the city at a height of 100 meters. amazing views over the rocka nf the city. I havd a great time, the bungalow was clean quiet and came with all the usual soaps shower caps etc! The complex was a resort and was not very susceeefull now familys and long term reats are availabe in the same palce. There is no supermarket it near by this has more to do with spanish Zoning laws and not the complexs fault. I had to get to rent bike in the city to get back up the hill! So tip small would be great if the Bungalows Imperial Park rented bikes to get in to the city! Would I stay again yes I would! What I loved was there were no towels were on sun loungers, as I went for my early Morning swim ! one of the many pools had monsters concret lizards they made me very happy! The food in the onsite cafe was delicious ! I never went there for breakfast ! - it was they have a menu it was more aducaute!

A pleasant resort, great for families with lovely accommodation and staff.

The bungalow was brilliant. Well equipped and modern and comfortable. We happened to be lucky with a block right in front of the pool with little walking and few steps. Pool areas were really good for the babies and children. I loved the water slide, a nice little touch. Very happy staff and friendly service. It was my birthday and I received a gift on arrival, a birthday note and even a call to my room on the day wishing me happy birthday. Lovely service.

The buffet was just ok. I found it very repetitive and barely warm. My partner is a celiac requiring gluten free meals and there was no selection or variety to cater for him. We asked and although they provided meals, there was no choice and we had to wait a long time for it to be made. When the buffet was open, the bar and cafe closed so no drinks were available anywhere. The kids entertainment was very fast and didn't include parents to interact. The main evening shows were poor and basic. The 10am sunbed rush was a joke. There was chaos to get a bed around the pool. There are clearly signs saying you can't reserve with towels but this was not policed and everyone did it.

There was no good adult entertainment. Too little seating for the evening. The adult only bar was not free despite being all inclusive. 2 gin and tonics cost 10 euros!

There was a lot that we didn't like. No table clothes in the restaurant. Having to ask for a glass each time you got a drink, otherwise it was paper cups!

Vistas panorámicas preciosas a Calpe y el peñon

Las vistas del apartamento eran espectaculares hacia el peñon y los atardeceres preciosos. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario y para el precio que tiene repetiría sin duda. La piscina es super grande ( son varias)

Para llegar a la zona de restaurantes o playa es necesario el coche. El aparcamiento se queda corto de plazas y además son muy estrechas

Lo único que vale la pena son las vistas a Calpe y el peñón, y la piscina.

No me ha gustado el acceso al apartamento que me asignaron. No hay plazas de parking donde dejar el coche y hay que aparcar en la calle. Para llegar a los apartamentos, hay que caminar por una cuesta con mucha pendiente, usar un ascensor lentísimo y subir por unas escaleras a una primera planta. Las instalaciones son muy antiguas: puertas, cocina, baño aire acondicionado, utensilios. En la terraza no hay sombra. La cafetería abre pocas horas y no hay ni una máquina para comprar agua. La ubicación está aislada de cualquier servicio, parque o restaurante. Son apartamentos que también están a la venta. Hay muchos de propiedad y en ellos sí que pueden hacer ruido y/o fiestas. Con el precio que piden, podrían estar mejor cuidados. Y no son bungalows, son apartamentos adosados.

Que nos tocó un apartamento del final , bloque 20 planta 4 y no podías pasar el coche a la puerta para descargar y cargar las maletas, tenías que subir en el ascensor y todo el tramo largo cargado. Tenían que dejar pasar el coche aunque solo fuera el primer y último día para las maletas.

El estado de los apartamentos, la puerta de entrada costaba mucho abrirla, estaba descuadrada y la llave muy dura. Algunas averías , que nos solucionaron en poco tiempo. La antena de TV, una chapuza, pero se veía, aunque pocos canales.

Besonders gut hat mir der Service an der Rezeption und in der Cafereria gefallen. Auch die saubere und große Anlage (Poolparadies - vor allem für Kids) und der Meerblick vom Balkon waren toll. Gut gefallen hat mir auch: ich hatte erst am 2. Tag eine defekte Fliese im Bad gesehen. Und habe dies dann erst verspätet mitgeteilt. War aber an der Rezeption überhaupt kein Problem und wurde pragmatisch und freundlich akzeptiert. Man sollte wissen, dass man ohne Auto/Scooter oder ähnlich kreativ sein muss. Ich hatte keins davon, bin aber per Anhalter zum Strand und zurück gut zurechtgekommen. Oder man geht 50 Minuten zu Fuß. Dafür hat man dann eine ruhige Lage oberhalb von Calpe und einen tollen Ausblick. Das war mir wichtiger als guten Busanschluss oder ähnlich. In der Nähe der Anlage befindet sich das Cafe Cometa -> Bar / Bistro / Restaurant. Auch sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundlicher Service, etwas ab von der Straße, relativ ruhig, auch mit Kids geeignet.

Bei der Buchung (online vor Ort - ich war bereits an der Küste und habe taggleich gebucht) wurde mir per Text angezeigt, ich müsste anderswo in Calpe einchecken. Dies wollte ich telefonisch klären. Leider hatte ich dann von verschd. Stellen aus Netzprobleme ins spanische Netz - ins deutsche Telefonnetz kam ich von gleicher Stelle problemlos. Es wäre prima, wenn dies deutlicher ausgewiesen wäre. Denn so bin ich zuerst den falschen Ort angefahren und dann erst den richtigen (die Anlage selbst), was mich ungefähr 15 - 20 Euro Taxi mehr gekostet hat.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, más cuando solo hay una persona para todo el complejo, el sofá cama, como sofá incómodo cumple, como cama estaba rota, y mal reparada, no existe ninguna organización en la distribución de garajes pese a su elevado precio, el coche está expuesto a ser dañado, el personal de recepción justo les viene para entregar las llaves, máxime cuando se ve que son personal sin experiencia y no se les ha formado, de igual manera agradezco su educación e interés en informarse sobre las cuestiones que se les formulan.

No me gustó nada,los colchones son viejos e incómodos,los platos guardados sucios con fideos pegados,no hay casi nada de menaje en la cocina, no había sábanas para el sofa cama ,la mesa y sillas de la terraza rotas y llenas de mierda literalmente ,mosquitos a mansalva,la cafetería cierra a las 18h de la tarde,no hay sitio para aparcar cojimos plaza a 11 euros el día,son minúsculas, mi coche casi ni cabía y eso qie tenfo un opel corsa,nos fuimos de allí sin acabar la estancia 2 días antes ,una lástima pq el sitio en su día debió ser muy bonito,no volveremos .
