New modern Villa Petra with pool - Sutivan - Island of Brač - Croatia

Our family of adults and teenagers had a great week in this modern, fully equipped 4-bedroom villa with pool. Getting to Sutivan on Brac island was straightforward via the Split - Supetar ferry. (Just be aware that waiting times can be long in summer). Communication with our hosts was easy and check-in was smooth.The house is partway up a hill, with the upper floor having a view of the sea and mainland in the distance, which you can enjoy from your bedroom window and balcony or from the upstairs deck. The location is an 8 minute walk from Sutivan harbour, with easy access to local beaches by foot or bike. However, the private pool means you may prefer to simply enjoy a dip and read your book on one of the sun-loungers. For lunch and dinner, you can stroll down into Sutivan, or cook at home and eat on the patio or the generous dining table indoors. For activities, rent some bikes or kayaks and enjoy the coastal paths to discover new villages and beaches.NB: The host’s pictures of the property are accurate.

VRBO We were a group of grandparents with daughter and son in law and 2 late teenage boys They live in germany and we in chicago so this was the meeting place Oh my this house is absolutely perfect. Built to extraordinary standards with amazing quality of materials and workmanship. A solid minimalistic house with high end awnings, a gorgeous pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms very well appointed and great views from front bedrooms. The flowers, the barbecue.. just what we wanted We appreciated the second fridge The table tennis was so great for us all!! Swim and pool towels a great touch. But for us aside from the quality of the house is the LOCATION. We wanted to WALK to restaurants. This was very important as we did mot want to have a designated driver. ALSO the walk to beaches!!! So good! I mean just round the corner … submerge into crystal clear waters of the Adriatic and float .. float. Boys rented kayak and paddle board: delivered to the door. We had the most wonderful family reunion in a multigenerational scene. We could all get away from one another and meet for the breakfasts and cocktails and walks. We felt very safe, lots of wine glasses, good knives, TV options very good AC. Do yourself a favor and book a week here. We live Croatia, we love Brac, we love Villa Petra.
