Porpoise Point is surrounded by mangroves and aquatic preserves and, by boat is only minutes from world famous fishing spots areas such as Boca Grande Pass, regarded by fly fishermen and rod anglers alike as the world’s number one tarpon fishery.
Our home offers truly spectacular views of Matlacha Pass and the views teem with natural wildlife – watch the ospreys fly by, pelicans dive and dolphins and manatees swim by while you watch from the multiple balconies, picture windows or tropical waterfront garden.

Thoroughly enjoyed property and time there. Great location, owner Kevin made himself very accessible, property was very well maintained and rental process was flawless. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a property in the area!

Home was lovely and kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving with the family. The one issue we had was there was not enough hot water for showers. It ran out extremely fast even taking 1 shower and we had 6 people.
