South Seas Beach Villa 2008 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that offers all the comforts of home and everything you would expect in a dream vacation. Enjoy relaxing in your screened lanai and the views of the tropical landscaping and the Gulf of Mexico. Sit back and relax in the morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening watching the sunsets and dolphins play!! Pack your bathing suits and come relax in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The new owners of this beautiful vacation rental condominium have taken the property to the next level with all-new furniture, TVs, appliances, paint, and more. The spacious master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, a flat panel TV, and a full bathroom just down the hallway. The community pool is just steps away, along with BBQ and tennis. *Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps, and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? We also own 2005, across the hall, which can accommodate up to six additional guests.

This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Please be aware that, as of now, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within South Seas Resort. However, should any construction occur during your stay, kindly note that we do not issue refunds for disruptions caused by repairs or maintenance that are beyond our control.

Pool Closure: 
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026.  This closure is expected to last one (1) month.
