Very well equiped , in great location

Could be a bit noisey from bars & other tennants in above apartment

La ubicación espectacular. La terraza interior para disfrutarla. No le falta de nada en la cocina, aunque nosotros no lo usamos. El trato de la propiedad magnífico. Amables y atentos.

Un baño sin reformar, pero limpio y en perfectas condiciones.

+ Self check-in and check-out - no worrying about arriving at specific times + Great, cental location (though streetside can be loud at nights due to partygoers) + Two bathrooms + Spacious kitchen and living room area, as well as balconies both dorections + Generally clean + Beds are very comfortable (big mattresses, stacked). Good pillows (each guest gets one softer and one harder pillow) + Good furniture. kitchen and living area is mostly quite new IKEA + All supplies are there (soap, shower gel, washing machine tablets, trash bags etc etc) + Second, extra set of keys inside in a cute box

- outer door is difficult to open&close (I thought it's broken at first! I was about to) - carpet and coach are stained (they don't smell but would require deep cleaning) - we found a cockroach in bathroom (host said it could have entered through terrace but to me it doesn't really matter - it was there and that's the problem. Believe what you want, but be warned it can happen in Spain in general, especially if buildings are rather old along with canalization systems like in this case

Mould caused by dampness in both bedrooms. Bathroom door did not close properly. Used the washing machine but only once because the bearings are badly worn. Room heaters did not operate at all but used free standing heaters. Location was very good and the host responded when told I couldn’t connect to WiFi
