Great stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great location close to everything but still very quiet. Plenty of space and well equipped. Very good value for money. Had an issue with a broken kettle but this was rectified promptly once reported.

Only thing the property didn’t have was WiFi but this is made clear in the listing so added extra data to my mobile.

Great location, problems handle quickly but it needs a bit of an update

Please be more specific. For example, instead of saying the keys are in the lockbox, explain that the keys are actually located around the corner at your office and not outside the apartment . Avoid using confusing details like multiple addresses—keep the instructions plain and simple for tourists to understand.

The single beds in the room are much too small for an adult and are extremely noisy when someone moves in them—they feel more like camper beds. Shower fixtures needs to be updated, A toaster would be handier than the grill and maybe update the furniture a bit, lockers had handles that broken and it was a pain trying to open them - it just needs a little bit of updating and it would be great.

Perfect location, great price for a two bedroom, self-contained apartment.

Location is fabulous right in the centre of the Old Town near all the lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Very near to the beach and the marina. Easy walking distance to the train station and the main Feria ground. Just a brilliant central base. The lush green courtyard as you enter the apartment complex is beautiful. Good communications with the properly management.

Nothing to dislike for us, but there is no balcony or external view if that’s what someone’s looking for. There’s a small outdoor area with high walls surrounding it adjacent to one of the bedrooms.This area however could definitely do with some refresh of furniture and removal of broken items.

excellent location. Spacious. Very clean. Nice white towels and sheets. well kitted kitchen.

No wifi which was a disappointment as we were unable to use a fire stick to have English programmes on TV. Apart from that everything was very good.

Very good

The sofa was comfortable, as were the single beds. But the double was a bit too hard. It was lovely to see a bath and the shower was just AMAZING. The place could do with having a kettle and a toaster as well as a chopping board.

With first impressions, it looked a tidy and clean place. This changed on going into the kitchen where the was dust and bits on top of the cooker hood. In the bathroom there was a layer of thick dust on the pipes under the sink. So a proper cleaning is needed.

Watch out: no internet, almost no TV.

Size and cleanliness. The location was great, a few minutes walk from many excellent restaurants, shopping, the beach.

Our main negative was NO INTERNET. This was stated on the description, but we missed it. The doors were difficult to open with the keys, especially the building entrance. Sometimes it would take us several minutes of pulling, pushing, turning. We never figured out the trick. There were no staff on the premises to help, and they were not very responsive to calls or texts. The TV was old and initially was not working. We fixed it ourselves as there was no response from the staff. It was a loose cable. There were only a couple dozen stations available, all in Spanish. The picture quality was poor and dark.

Location was fine, apartement ok, but little old-fashioned and needed update. TV didn't work at times and there were minor problems but all the same it was a great apartement for the price.

The front door of the portal didn't work well, so lots of stress everytime. Once we had to ring some other apartment to get in and once Alex had to help open the door.

Key collection was a little confusing & the aircon in the lounge continually flooded the floor. Aircon is the 2nd bedroom also would be a plus

Schöne Unterkunft, auch für mehr als eine Woche

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist fast direkt am Strand aber durch den Innenhof hat man nicht die Geräuschkulisse der Bars und Restaurants. Das Gebäude ist sehr gepflegt und die Schlüsselübergabe war auch sehr gut.

Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung einmal renoviert werden.

Decepcionante

La ubicación y cercanía a la playa

Para empezar la suciedad y dejadez del apartamento. Puertas pujadas y descolgadas que rozaban con el suelo y no se podían cerrar como la de la cocina y el baño. Seguramente estarían pujadas porque los aires acondicionados vertían el agua en unas garrafas que tenías que vaciar y que nadie te explica y a algún huésped seguramente le habrán rebozado varias veces. Paredes en mal estado. La cama de matrimonio te caías para un lado estaba como volcada o hundida. Cucarachas en la cocina casi todos los días. La puerta del portal hacia un ruido increíble que hasta que dejaba de entrar gente ya a horas muy entrada la noche era imposible dormir. Además de todo esto nos llaman los que gestionan el apartamento diciendo que si podían entrar unos repartidores a dejar unas sillas de Ikea. Perdona??? Con nuestras pertenencias dentro??? Se pusieron muy insistentes hasta el punto de que nos sabía mal no dejarlos entrar pero no creo que nadie deba entrar sin estar nosotros.

La ubicación maravillosa, aislada del ruido de la calle con la que comunica. Buena y fácil comunicación con la inmobiliaria que lo gestiona. La cocina muy equipada. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

La limpieza podría ser mejor y las almohadas no eran muy cómodas.

Mal équipé, vraiment pauvre franchement à ce prix une déception totale . La clé de la porte sur rue ne fonctionne pas il nous envoie une vidéo pour voir, du vrai cinéma si ça ne fonctionne pas changer la serrure mais ne faite pas subir cela a des gens qui payent le minimum c’est que vous ayez accès à votre logement sans problème franchement inacceptable

L'emplacement proche de toutes commodités / restaurants-cafés-super marchés-magasins et surtout à deux pas de la plage

à part l'emplacement il n'y a rien à apprécier, comportement des hôtes inapproprié: - on a eu 3 messages d'eux le 1er juste après la confirmation de payement pour nous envoyer des photos, l'adresse et le code; le 2° pour nous demander d'envoyer nos identités et le 3° c'était à 9h29 le jour de notre départ pour nous rappeler de quitter l'appart et vers 10h ils sont même venus frapper la porte malgré que l'heure de départ qu'ils ont mise était entre 10h30 et 12h et effectivement on lui ont remis les clés à 10h30 parce que notre vol était à 14h. - le 1er jour de notre arrivée était vers 19h on a pris les clés de lockbox mais on arrivant dans l'immeuble on n'a pas pu trouver l'appart surtout que les lettres se répètent on a beau appelé les hôtes personne ne répond,message rien finalement on est rentré grâce à un voisin qui connait l'imm. Aucune flexibilité. - la meilleure est là: ils n'ont pas de WIFI ?????? bizzare, meuble très ancien les portes des placards s'ouvrent et se ferment avec un grand bruit, porte de SDB se bloque de l’intérieur, la literie non confortable, les couvertures le canapé tout est très anciens, les serviettes on dirait des chiffons. - manque de tout ni savon ni gel de douche encore pire la cuisine carrément vide aucun basique; heureusement qu'on mangeait toujours à l’extérieur, d'ailleurs c'est un coin qui coupe l'appétit. - on essaye de rester le grand max à l’extérieur pour ne plus revivre ce cauchemar mais malheureusement on pouvait pas dormir avec un son étrange d'un animal qu'on n' arrivait pas à révéler sa race. vous pouvez imaginer notre séjour !!!!!!
