Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist fast direkt am Strand aber durch den Innenhof hat man nicht die Geräuschkulisse der Bars und Restaurants. Das Gebäude ist sehr gepflegt und die Schlüsselübergabe war auch sehr gut.
Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung einmal renoviert werden.

Only thing the property didn’t have was WiFi but this is made clear in the listing so added extra data to my mobile.

Necesita renovación. En el centro, muchos bares con voces ruido… lo justito para dormir
Muebles antiguos, mal conservados, pintura en mal estado, sin cosas básicas como wifi, tele enana… muebles de la abuela y en mal estado.
