About this bed and breakfast
Great property centrally located in Banking District. Close to everything on foot. Super markets, restaurants, bars, nightlife, parks. Easy access to all major boulevards, shoppings malls, metro, etc.
Staying centrally in the city gives you quick access to things like: Casco Viejo, Panama Pacífico, Miraflores Locks at the Canal, Costa del Este, and is a great location if you plan to spend a few days in Panama’s Interior part of the country. (Ask About our Beach Penthouse)
The Space:
The condo has lots of room. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a spacious kitchen, large living area and dining table for 6. There is also a great furnished balcony with amazing views. There are constant breezes of cool air if you desire to leave the windows and balcony open, otherwise each room does have an AC unit, blackout shades and views of the city.
What makes this option extra special is the customer service. You will find that your host greets you from checkin and will be standing by to help with anything you need during your stay. Think private concierge just for you. Having that said, breakfast is prepared daily and a 24/7 live in staff member stay in the unit to tidy up daily and to serve as your around the clock security and concierge for any tours, yacht rentals, or any recommendations. You will not know anyone is there as the employee room is off the kitchen and laundry room where there is a door to close off the area from the rest of the place.
Out of respect for neighbors, please keep music volume to a minimum after 10:30pm and close balcony door/windows if you do have music going into the late evening.
Guests are possible but need to be reported in advance to the host. Upon approval, they must sign in with security before entering the building. If any guests are invited without following the formal protocol, both you and your guests may be asked to leave for breaking the house rules.
