Looking for the perfect vacation rental?

An awesome place to stay! Beautiful sunsets, manatees, and tons of fish seen off the dock! Kayaking down the pass was so much fun and super easy to maneuver! Raffie was great with communication and check in was a breeze! We will definitely be back!

This place is the perfect mixture of quiet but still connected. I took my daughter and her friend from a girls trip. Everything you can think of was included and at the property. Very clean and comfortable condo. We kayaked a lot!! Midnight pass was amazing. Raffi was so wonderful to work with, very detailed and fast response to any and all questions. We will be returning here!!

Great location, Turtle Beach is less than 5 mins away! Or take the trolley into Siesta Key, the stop is a short walk from the condo. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the kayakers and the birds. It was so quiet and relaxing. Comfy bed and new chairs for the beach.

As we searched VRBO for 2bd, 2ba, this one came up. It is listed as 2bd, 2ba but in the description provided by Raffie, she does slay 1 bath. I had communicated through VRBO messaging system, asking Raffie a few questions. We wanted to bring our boat, but there is a resident that uses the lift and it is not permitted to leave the boat at the dock overnight. Also, there is no room for trailer parking. We did not bring our boat because of this, which is fine. However, when I made the reservation through VRBO, apparently they did not notify Raffie of this, and she permitted the previous tenant to extend their stay. When it was check in time at 3:00, I was waiting for some kind of check in code or automatic key. I never received anything so I messaged Raffie. She called me and told me she was not aware that we had made the reservation. She said VRBO never notified her. Our sons were already there waiting to check in. She told me she would get the previous renter out and change the sheets to get us in by 6:00. She did do that for us. The property itself is nice, right on the waterway. There are kayaks there to use, and it is not far from the trolley stop that goes into Siesta Key. The pool is also very nice. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. We had a good visit to the area but these were just a couple of mishaps that we wanted to let people know about.
