Great location! Clean, quiet and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was clean and warm. We loved having a place to launch our kayaks, and how quiet the area around the property was.

Everything was new and clean. Well equipped kitchen and had many things stocked that I wasnt expecting which was nice and convenient. I saw dolphins splashing around right out back from the lanai. We appreciate the quiet side of the key. Pretty much felt like we had it all to ourselves with everything we needed just a short drive or trolley ride away. If I am not beachfront, this is where I would want to be. Catherine was very pleasant and responsive. Thanks!!

We simply had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was easy to access and in a great area near turtle beach. Every corner of the apartment was spotless. The lanai was spacious and kept the bugs away. You could even hear the ocean at night from the lanai. The kitchen was fully stocked with all equipment you could possibly need. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The pool area was lovely and the pool was warm! The beds were also very comfortable. The provided towels were very soft and the laundry facility was perfect. Xander got back to us very quickly with any concerns and was very helpful. Overall, we could not have asked for a better stay!
