Shorewood 421 has all of the essentials and more, kitchen is fully equipped, there are flat screen TV's and wireless internet, easy key less entry.This spacious upstairs townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with Courtyard & pool views and also glimpses of the ocean. Also offers parking just outside of the entry door. King in the master, 2 queens in BR2 and another queen in BR3. There is an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Once you stay here your family will make lasting memories and will want to return again and again! Shorewood is one of our most requested properties in the area, the grounds are immaculate and the units are quite spacious & well maintained. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

The property was well suited for our group. It was clean, well-stocked with what you would need for a week long beach vacation and well laid out. The property manager was active, communicative and clear. Lastly the location is terrific. In the past we stayed in Sea Pines but really liked being within walking distance of Coligny. The condo complex is also well maintained. One item to point out that is that to get to the two bedrooms upstairs you use a spiral staircase. This isn't a criticism and we were fine with it but older adults or people with babies or toddlers could find it difficult. Again, we didn't have an issue with it.

Excellent location, easy to access. Close to shops and dining. Beach easy walk path. Only thing that could have been better was pool too shallow and small but stayed on beach most of the time.

The property is in a great location, very pretty grounds and well laid out unit with plenty of space. There was an issue with bugs that was addressed but not completely resolved before we left.

The condo was perfect! Our family of 5 kids plus my mom along to help was able to spread out with the 3 well appointed large bedrooms. The bathrooms were beautiful with lovely tile showers. The kitchen had everything we needed.The condo complex features a large enough pool for a morning lap swim which my husband enjoyed and it was sooh good that it was heated for our stay in March with temps in the 60s. The beach is right there. just steps from the condo. Sea Pines nature preserve was a short enough bike ride away that my 6 year old had no trouble making it there and back. Even biked the beach for a 20 minute ride to Coast for dinner on the beach with live music. The place could not have been more perfect!!
