Superb 4 bedroom stone villa with private pool in Aegina Island, one hour boat trip from Athens.
The newly built villa has a three car private parking area, private pool, one master bedroom with air condition on the high level with a veranda offering an amazing sunset seaview, two more bedrooms with one king size bed each and a fourth room with a double level single bed for kids and teenagers.
The Villa has two bathrooms and a third WC.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped living room and a functional kitchen with a bar and an accommodating dining table in white marble.
Around the pool, guests can relax in a cosy veranda and have lunch or dinner in a second veranda, both offering shade from sunlight.
The house has wired an wireless Internet and all necessary amenities such as a washing machine, baby cot, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwaves oven, Nespresso and filter coffee machine.
The Villa is situated at 1km from the organized beach and the small port of Perdika, giving access to some of the island's best restaurants and bars, as well as a 5 minute boat trip to the island of Moni,
Most of the best beaches of the island are in a short distance from the villa and Aegina, the capital of the island, is at 10 minutes drive distance, by car or by bus.
Reservations are made for a minimum stay of one week (7 nights)

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and the house was ideal for that number. The house is delightful and well kitted out and well furnished with a lovely outside space and pool. Being slightly uphill there are stunning views from the main bedroom balcony. Check in and out was all very easy. The area and village of Perdika is delightful with lots of tavernas along the port. We would definitely return - thank you Andreas.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans la maison d'Andreas. La maison est fantastique, très bien équipée, meublée avec goût et à 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage et du petit port de pêche de Perdika. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
