About this house rental
Our beautiful lakefront home is perfect for a large family or multi-family vacation. From the moment you walk in, you will be amazed by the view! Our spacious home is spread over two floors and includes 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and lake view. The main floor encompasses a spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living area with a wood burning fireplace and large screen tv. Also, on this level are two of the four bedrooms (1 king, 1 Queen) with individual bathrooms. All these rooms open onto a large screened porch that runs the length of main level and includes its own television.
The lower floor includes an additional living area with fireplace, big screen television and kitchenette. This level provides two bedrooms with attached bathrooms (1 King, 1 Queen). Walk out the glass doors to a large covered area, additional seating and a gas fire pit. Follow the decked path down a short distance to our covered dock with single boat slip.
We are just 20 minutes from Seneca for shopping and dining, 30 minutes from Clemson (great for football weekends) and Anderson, and 90 minutes from Atlanta. Harbor Light Marina offers boat rentals and is approximately 3.5 miles by water and 10 miles by car. If you enjoy golf, the Chickasaw Point 18-hole course is less than 15 minutes away.
For those who have a larger party, we have a second home (VRBO #858455) and we offer a discount when renting both. The two homes are separated by 5 other homes, making it easy to walk back and forth.

This house is incredible. We stayed with our three grown sons and their wives. Everyone had their own room and bathroom for space and privacy, but there were several areas to spend quality time together. You will be so glad you stayed here. Clean, spacious and accommodating, friendly hosts. We have already booked for next year!

We can’t thank you enough for the amazing time we had at Our Happy Place. We have stayed here before, and this time was just as nice. We love Lake Hartwell. This spot on the lake is great. House was clean. It has everything you need. Grocery stores were about 20 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you again to our hosts who answered any questions we had and made this such an enjoyable stay.

We could not be more pleased with our stay at this property! The home was spacious and perfect for our family of six adults and three children. We brought our boat, but never needed to take it out on the lake because we played, swam and floated at the dock each day. It was the week of July 4th and boat traffic was heavy resulting in very large waves at the dock, but we made the best of it! An evening storm caused us to lose power for 4 hours, but with the games available in the house, we were able to have a great time. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely property.

Perfect. Owners have gone beyond in stocking the home with all the utensils, games, and vacation vibes you will ever need. Great location for a getaway! Highly recommend!
