Escape to this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on beautiful Lake Hartwell, perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway. The home sits on deep water (around 20 ft year-round) and features a private dock with space to park your boat. (Please note: there is a boat on the dock—do not touch; it is not included.)
Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen, another bedroom has a queen and twin bunk beds, and a twin rollaway in the laundry area can easily be pulled into the living room for extra sleeping space.
Fun is included! Enjoy yard games, cornhole, a playground, and a firepit for evenings under the stars. On the water, take advantage of 2 kayaks and life vests for a day of paddling. For boating enthusiasts, the state park with a boat ramp is just down the road (fees may apply), and Harbor Light Marina is nearby for fuel and supplies.

100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.
Pets are welcome on the premises, and a separate pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.

This house has everything you could need. The kitchen is spacious with every cooking tool imaginable (air fryer, crock pot, roasting pans, plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, knives, utensils, cooking tools, everything). The bathrooms and laundry area also had more than expected. There are games and beach towels, plenty of seating and space for everyone. There ARE 107 steps down to the dock.. (and back up). But once you are there with some snacks, you have everything you need. Chair floats, noodles, kayaks, extra floats. We fished and swam every day and had a lovely time.

The home is very well designed and comfortable. The living area is open and can comfortably fit a large group. The location on the lake is excellent. It is a little bit of a hike to grocery stores but that’s a plus for me. I prefer the quiet seclusion versus the proximity to stores. Played golf at Chickasaw Point. The course is in excellent condition and fun to play.

The house was well appointed. Kitchen had all the essentials. It was a hike to the dock but we knew that beforehand. Trash wasn't taken out before we got there but property was conveniently located near our friends. House advertised as pet friendly and they clearly had pets but property management company did not disclose an additional pet fee was required until after booking. Then updated website to disclose a fee after I complained. Unfortunately VrBO didn’t back us up. Either way we had a nice time despite the poor weather that weekend.
