Great 3bd/2 bath lake house on the water on beautiful Lake Guntersville. Perfect for fishing tournaments, vacationers, and duck hunters. Home is located appx. 1/4 mile from boat ramp. Boat dock has electricity. Large deck overlooks large backyard. Nice dock good for fishing, swimming, or hanging out.
Home is a ranch style with sunroom/dining room with sweeping views of the lake. Master bedroom has king size bed with walk out doors to deck with beautiful views of the water. The other two bedrooms are furnished with four twin beds and a trundle. Had the best time at our annual daddy daughter Thanksgiving trip. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and pots/pans for our Thanksgiving meal. Great views, responsive host, and even caught some fishes!

We loved this property. Sitting on the back porch with the view of the lake was amazing. Large master bedroom, smaller secondary room and area in between with additional beds. Clean and well kept place. Would stay here again.
