House pleasant to live with its veranda and its enclosed garden facing south. Located near all shops and 5 mins from the beach.

En façade "Petite" maisonnette en apparence seulement car elle offre de beaux espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs.
Le plus offert par les deux salles d'eau avec douche,ou baignoire avec chacune un wc est plus qu'appréciable pour deux couples.
Une belle salle à manger donnant elle même sur une grande véranda lumineuse. Une courette dallée avec petit jardinet fleuri, grande table d'extérieur, chaises, voire même deux beaux transats,close de murs offrant une grande tranquillité.
Hormis quelques détails "techniques" qui n'entachent en rien le séjour, c'est vraiment une maison fort agréable ou il fait bon séjourner.
Très bonne écoute et échange avec la propriétaire des lieux.
Accueil et formalités de départ réellement adaptés à nos souhaits par une dame fort sympathique.

vacances très agréables , magasins , mer , restaurants, activités de loisirs à proximité de l'habitation. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire.
