Perfect blend of value, convenience, and comfort. Would stay again!

I very much enjoyed the value of this lodging for the location to the airport. It’s perfectly comfortable, and if you need to go to the airport early this would be the best bang for your buck.

Most everything was decent. I don’t have much to say about what I didn’t like.

There is NOTHING good for this price

not much

initially it was hard to locate the place as the gps sent me to a different place and the owner didn’t say much about that. Most of what is written in the information is a lie. Rooms are not sounds proof, you can hear everything outside the room so clear. There is no air conditioner and the owner says that he had no idea that it is listed on booking and that it’s not his problem. The bottle of water was brought only after I asked. You have to checkout at 9am which is crazy, and again on booking mentioned you can stay until 22pm which is a mistake but still 9am is way to early and should be mentioned. For all my questions the owner was very rude to answer and kept replying that he doesn’t know what is listed on Booking. The lighting in the room is terrible. I think all their “good” reviews are FAKE and customer service must really address this issue because 50$ is way too much for this shitty place.

1. unreasonable rules - you can’t stay in the room you paid for from 10am to 5pm 2. dirty kettle - some yellow things inside the kettle but you are not allowed to wash it in the kitchen or in the bathroom. the host was not understanding and said there’s nothing wrong with the dirty kettle. 3. private kitchen - the kitchen is stated in the list of facilities, however the host said that’s private, tenant cannot go inside 4. plane noise - plane noise is loud and you can clearly hear all the things people talking in the apartment 5. water refills - there is a bottle of water inside the room. the host said he refills water for tenant everyday however in fact he didn’t. and you are not allowed to go to the kitchen and refill by yourself. 6. weird sink - the design of the sink in the bathroom is weird. even if you lean forward, water still fell out. somehow the host misunderstood someone wasting the water but that’s all about the weird design of the sink.

The reason I chose this place was because it was very close to my friends house and also because this place had a 8.8 rating The photos of the location did not at all resemble what it looked like in reality. The room with bed looked old and dilapidated and so did the rest of the apartment on the 8th floor. Not really what you would expect from an 8.8 review out of 100 reviews for that reason I don't think these reviews can be real. I was recently in Bosnia and there we also made a booking on a similar advertisement but there the apartment was as good as new with air conditioning small kitchen shower etc .. that was definitely worth an 8 but I wouldn't even rate this place so bad it was in every way. In my opinion something is very wrong here as how is it possible to get such a rating?

The property was in a quiet area that felt safe walking to, no noise at night.

The bedroom doors didn’t have locks which was a bit uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.

pas loin de paris en bus ou en tramway puis rer c,l'acces au logement est clairement expliquer,les propriétaires sont sympatique,la bouilloire fonctionne bien pour tout ce qui est thé/café soluble ou nouille instantanée,le lit est confortable,une fois que les fenetres sont fermée c'est insonoriser donc plus de bruit d'avion toute les 3 minutes,la chambre bien propre avec des bons draps,vus qu'il y'a un horaires pour rester dans l'hebergement c'est un lieu plus tournée pour les touristes ou travailleurs comme je suis aller decouvrir paris ça ne m'a pas deranger + que sa

pas d'acces a la cuisine pour cuisiner mais l'emplacement de l'hebergement donne acces a divers restaurant a quelque metre et egalement un framprix hors de prix,heureusement que plus loin il y'a 2 petite epicerie bien + avantageux financierement,pas beaucoup d'espace de rangement d'objet vus que y'a deja les objets des habitants de la maison,peut être investir sur des lit coffres ou avec tiroir

Bonne adresse

Les hôtes sont agréables et gentils. Ils n'hésite pas à donner des bonnes adresses. Je ne connaissais pas Longjumeau et je sui venu pour une événement. Mais, l'appartement est bien située, le bus n'est pas loin, commerces et restaurants n'ont plus.

Ma voisine de chambre est resté au téléphone jusqu'à 23h, et les murs sont fin.

Accueil chaleureux par Alexandre, malgré une arrivée à une heure tardive. Appartement pas bruyant, parfait pour bien se reposer.

L’immeuble est un peu vieillot (l’ascenseur en particulier), mais le quartier est calme, on s’y s’en bien.
