About this house rental

Escape and relax at this pristine lakefront home, completely renovated with brand new kitchen, floors, and bathrooms. This house has a bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. We do not have cable, but we do have smart tv’s

Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious lake house boasts incredible views of Lake Ontario and sleeps up to 13 guests.
**Bedrooms:**
- **Bedroom 1:** King bed with lake view and private full bathroom
- **Bedroom 2:** Queen bed
- **Bedroom 3:** Bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom and twin trundle
- **Bedroom 4:** Queen bed, located on the first floor
-**Living room.** 2 pull out beds
**Bathrooms:**
- 1 full bathroom on the first floor
- 2 full bathrooms on the second floor

- Fully stocked kitchen
- Parking for 5-6 cars
- Covered patio with stunning lake views

Im always a phone call or text away. I only live 12 min from the lake house
I have an amazing neighborhood. Its very safe and the neighbors are wonderful.
- We do not offer early check in, we need all the time to prepare the house for next guests arrival
- No shoes in the house, quiet hours after 9 pm. We have neighbors who we need to respect the noise levels.
- all ages are welcomed, however adults over 24 needed to sign lease agreement to rent the house and must remain at the house.
- during summer months we get lake midges, to avoid the lake midges please keep lights off outside and bug catchers plugged in.
- We will be reaching out to you to sign our lease agreement and house rule sheet day of arrival
- During winter and early spring we do not have our outside furniture for use. That gets put out when our weather starts getting nicer around end of May.
- Lawn service starts mid May, we have a company called Elite Landscaping that shows up weekly to do lawn and weeding. This lasts until October.
-Absolutely no parties or events
-Maximum occupancy is 13 guests at all times.
-No parking in street
-No parking in neighbors driveways
-Please send a message upon booking on why your visiting

This property was perfect for our family. We had extended family staying together for a few days for a funeral and this property fit the bill perfectly. Not to mention that the views are stunning.

This beautiful beach house fit our needs perfectly! Immaculately maintained and situated on the shore of Lake Ontario, this house was a delightful experience for everyone. We’d love to come back (in the summer!)
