The location was excellent!!! Could walk or take the metro to all attractions easily. The train to Versailles was a couple of blocks away!!
The furniture was old and a bit dirty. Not terrible, but could have been a bit nicer.

This is an amazing location, pristine large apartment, in a clean building with great hosts. Steps from the Eiffel Tower, a boulangerie, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. It really was more than we hoped for.
It's hard to think of anything to nitpick. The building is 120+ years old so heating is hot water radiators which take a few minutes to learn. Not everyone in the building had their lights set to motion detect so climbing the steps could be dark late at night.
