One of our favorite apartments, the romantic Bergerac apartment showcases amazing unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower from the French doors in the dining room, living room and bedroom 1. The view is so stunning it has been featured in magazines! Snuggle up with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset when the lights sparkle on the Eiffel Tower. This air-conditioned apartment is very popular with families,
Things to Note:
This property is suitable for 4 adults and up to 2 children, or 5 adults. It is a tight fit for 6 adults due to limited space.
Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.
PLEASE NOTE: This property is currently under construction and being transformed into a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom property. Photos, floorplans and description will be updated shortly.
There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible.
Visibility of the Eiffel Tower changes depending on the season and foliage growth of the trees outside the windows.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.
Office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week
Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am.
Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later at the airport, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning.

Couldn’t say better things about this apartment! My whole trip was smooth from check in to check out. The views of the tower were amazing and everything was nearby. If ever we come back to Paris this is the only place I’d stay! Thank you for making our trip so perfect

This property is spacious, beautifully updated, and tastefully decorated. A helpful local team is available to assist with check‑in and any issues that may arise during your stay. My family of five had a wonderful time here.

From check in to check out everything was spectacular. We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable. Everyone went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

Loved, loved, loved our stay! Apartment was PERFECT for the six of us. My daughters and granddaughters and I were more than happy with location, views, sleeping and bathroom arrangements. Highly recommend. Loved everything about Paris, but the Bergerac was the cherry on top.
