Apart d'Arc

We stayed 3 nights at the apartment as we were visiting for a family wedding in Saintes. The apartment is very well appointed and the owners, Philip & Janet were very welcoming. The building has a lot of character & has been renovated with care retaining the charm of the building. The apartment has been thoughtfully decorated & is a very attractive, quiet & comfortable space. The location is superb, just off the bank of the river and an easy pleasant walk into the lovely town of Saintes. Secure parking was just around the corner & very reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment & will book again if we visit Saintes in the future. Thank you Philp & Janet for a lovely stay.

Les 2 étages à monter sont un peu difficiles pour des personnes âgées ou ayant des difficultés mais pas insurmontables !

Huge kitchen and living space with everything you could possibly need. Couldn’t be better located to explore the fantastic town of Saintes. Janet and Phil were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Really felt like a home from home.
