The cozy 2-room non-smoking apartment (approx. 42m²) is on the 3rd Floor in the district of Döse. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the world shipping route and the Kugelbake, the symbol of Cuxhaven. A direct path leads you from the courtyard to the green beach of Grimmershörnbucht.

Die Wohnung hatte fast alles was man benötigt. Ein Wasserkocher wäre gut gewesen. Der Blick vom Balkon war sehr schön.

Die Wohnung war richtig schön. Der Blick vom Balkon war sehr schön. Ausstattung war völlig ausreichen. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung. 2 Kaffeemaschinen sind zwar Luxus aber dafür fehlte der Wasserkocher. Aber man kann ja improvisieren.

Das einzig Negative war das Wetter, so dass wir leider den Balkon wenig nutzen konnten! Die Aussicht war aber auch aus dem geheizten Zimmer zu genießen. Da die Wohnung etwas ab vom Touristenrummel liegt, ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Ein der Wohnung zugeordneter Parkplatz bedeutet keinerlei Parkstress.
