Holiday directly behind the North Sea dike: The cozy studio apartment
Heimi II, located on the second floor of an eleven party house, is located only about 300 meters from the water. The apartment has about 40 square meters with a cozy large living / sleeping / dining room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Also a balcony that invites for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening and is perfect to end the day comfortably is available. In the beautiful, bright living / bedroom is a comfort double bed (180x200 cm, as well as a domestic decor.
- A comfortable dining area and a cuddly area with seating, a pull-out sofa bed, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV with integrated DVD player.
- The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and of course the "little things" with everything and more, which includes coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots, glasses, etc. etc. etc.
- The bathroom with the shower.

Sehr nette Vermieterin mit super schneller Antwort auf alle Fragen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr klein,aber völlig ausreichend und alles war sehr sauber

Wohnung für 2 Personen ausreichend. Bad m. E. Renovierungsbedürftig. Der Einstieg zur Dusche hat fast Badewannenhöhe! Nur was für sehr bewegliche Menschen.
Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung gut.
Die Lage der whg. Ist sehr schön nahe am Deich und Strand, allerdings an einer durchfahrtstrasse die bis ca. 23.00 sehr befahren ist. Für Ruhesuchende weniger geeignet.
