It takes 2 minutes to reach the grassy beach and about 10 minutes to reach the sandy beach at Kugelbake.
The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom features comfortable double beds and ample storage space for clothes and luggage. The modern bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the panoramic lake view overlooking the Weltschiffahrtsweg.
The complex features a swimming pool, sauna, and table tennis room with two exercise bikes, as well as a washer and dryer available for a fee.

Visitor’s tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towels package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with just a light bag.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:

- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
