A home away from home experience

We can not rate this accomodation more highly. The apartment was a home away from home with everything we needed. The apartment was tastefully decorated and has a high attention to detail even offering a smart TV which was a rare find for us amongst stays. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional and the communication made it extremely easy for us Aussies in Italy. Having parking on site made it convenient as we could park and then just walk to the lake. The location is nice and quite but only minutes away from everything you need and very close to supermarket making it easy to buy and prepare food instead of having to eat out every meal. Would recommend to anyone staying in this region. You wont be disappointed.

Clean and quiet apartment with pool, perfect for a family!

Great pool, quiet area a bit outside city center but close to the lake and restaurants. The host was very helpful and provided good information about the area. Good air-conditioning.

Beds were hard as usual in Italy :D, kitchen a bit small but functional.

Perfect apartment! Perfect host! Perfect holiday!

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with everything you need for a family holiday. The location was great, nice & quiet, just a 3 min walk to the nearest beach. Good restaurants all close by & free parking right outside. Ariana was an amazing host, very attentive and always available to help with any questions we had, from recommending places to visit to providing local taxi companies. Would definitely recommend this apartment & Arianna!

Excellent for a family break

Lovely pool and balcony. Close to a quiet part of the lake. Couple of good bars and restaurants with lake view, within 5-10 mins walk, 2 supermarkets within 15 min walk.

Amazing family friendly stay

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment was lovely and clean. Good location to lake Garda. Ariana was so nice to deal with and an extra bonus was toys were available in the apartment for my toddler.

The website I had to use to upload the passport and pay the tax seemed fishy at first and I had to do some research on them. But it worked out fine.

Very much enjoyed our stay

Good value apartment within walking distance of Sirmione, a number of restaurants and lake Garda. You can also catch local buses to get to Desenzano and Sirmione old town. Well equipped apartment and included washing and dishwasher tablets. Owners left a welcome pack of food and drinks that was very welcome.

This is what we were looking for

Cosy, quiet and well decorated home in a central location. The apartment offers more than you need. Parking is very easy, there are many parking lots outside of the building. The host is great. She was so kind and always in touch with us and gave good recommendations for the town and also Verona. We are definitely going to stay next year again.

The sliding door onto the balcony got jammed and we were basically stuck outside with no way to get back into the room. Luckily we were able to contact the people managing the property and they came and rescued us!

מיקום נוח - קרוב מספיק לעיר אבל לא רועש והמוני. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת, יש הרבה ציוד - כלי בישול, מיקרו, תנור וכו׳. אדריאנה (מי שהייתה איתנו בקשר בתהליך הצ׳ק אין והשהייה) היתה נחמדה מאוד.

מגבות נוספות בתשלום. התריסים בחדרים לא חשמליים, ולא נוח לפתוח אותם.

Anlegget og leilighetene innfridde alle forventninger. Hyggelig og fleksibelt vertskap. Leiligheten var meget ren og innholdsrik. Flott terrasse med utsikt utover bassengområdet.

bel appartement et accueil à ameliorer

le logement correspond aux photos belles chambres, emplacement de parking supermarché à proximité, piscine ect il est situé près du petit port de lugana et 4-5 km de sirmione donc il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. sirmione et les alentours sont très beaux. si vous avez des questions l'hôte est très réactif ( il manquait des cousins pour dormir) on les as reçus le lendemain

le fait de n'avoir pas reçu d'information par l'hôte sur le fonctionnement du logement, tri poubelle, piscine ect il n'y rien pour vous guider pas de farde aucun conseils, nous avons reçu un message whatsapp 4 jours après notre arrivée pour le tri des poubelles ect. alors oui l'hôte est réactif par whatsapp si vous avez une question ou une demande mais ce n'est pas à nous à deviner ou à demander ce genre d'information. et réponse de l'hote c'est qu'on lui détruit les informations laissés sur des feuilles, alors même si c'est le cas les réimprimer ne coûte pas grand chose, je trouve l'excuse assez faible et je n'y crois pas du tout, surtout venant d'un hote qui à plusieurs logements et ce depuis des années Le wifi est très instable, et pas du tout en haut débit vitesse testée à max 20mb/s alors si vous êtes à plusieurs sur le wifi ça ne marche pas. les chaines télés dans le salon ne marche pas pas de grille pain alors que c'est bien indiqué dans les équipements pas de plaque dans le four on a acheté de quoi cuisiner et puis se rendre compte que dans le four il manque la plaque.

Appartamento veramente molto bello,curato,effettivamente in ogni cosa e completi tutto. Molto molto bello. Ariana molto gentile e precisa. Consiglio veramente e penso che tornerò sicuramente.
