About this house rental
The house is spacious and bright in a quiet area, close to all amenities, on foot or by car. It is a 5-minute walk from shops and a 5-minute drive from the beach (10 minutes by bike on the cycle path to Rochelongue).
It includes on the ground floor an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a comfortable and convertible sofa of quality, as well as the bathroom with a double shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one of which is a master bedroom and one for two to three children) and a bathroom with bathtub and another toilet.
A secure swimming pool (gates and alarm) and a well-appointed terrace make up the exterior, accompanied by a large veranda, giving the possibility of a more spacious dining room.
This house is very pleasant to live in and allows you to be in the heart of the seaside resort, while being calm.

My family had a great time and the property is presented really nicely. It is ideal for a family stay. Close to the beaches, supermarket and facilities. I would recommend staying here.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und alles hat super geklapt. Wir konnten sogar früher ins Haus, da wir durch die Nacht mit den Kindern von der Schweiz aus angereist sind.
Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, wäre ein Schattenplatz am Pool um zu viert gemütlich zu sitzen. Es hat war einen Sonnenschirmständer und wir hatten eh einen von zu Hause für an den Strand mitgebracht, aber einen Schirm reicht nicht für 4 Personen. Die Sitzecke wäre sonst sehr schön und gemütlich.
Wir können das Objekt sehr gerne weiter empfehlen, denn es ist gut gelegen. Grosser Einkaufslanden um die Ecke. In 10 min per Auto an verschiedenen Stränden oder am Hafen.

We had a wonderful holiday and the house ewe just the right size for the four of us. The house was immaculately clean. The house is in a residential street so I would recommend a car. There is plenty of room to park.
Mg only criticism would be to have some sun beds by the pool. Thank you for a lovely stay Becky
