About this house rental

Large and beautiful 19th century family home, lots of charm and volume. For family.
Ground floor + 2, located in the heart of 1 medieval village. Very bright. Open onto 1 green patio. It consists of a large entrance hall leading to a well-equipped American kitchen. Then 1 real double living / dining room which descends onto the patio. On the 1st fl. : 3 large bedrooms + 1 s of water + wc
In the 2nd 2 large bedrooms + 1 shower room + separate wc.
The village is very well served and busy, grocery stores, pharmacy, tobacco and numerous wine cellars, craft brewery ...
The sea (wild but supervised beach) is 4 kms and extends over approximately 10 kms of fine sand. Numerous tourist sites in the vicinity (Cathar castles, abbeys ...). Kite surf spot, bird sanctuary, hikes. leasing
week, 15 days or monthly. From May to June: 700 euros / week. July / August: 1.100 / week
